FORT BRANCH, IN | 2022 GMC AcadiaAugust 11, 2025We had a vehicle towed in on a Wednesday. Once we got the vehicle to the dealership, we were told it would be looked at on Monday. The date that was given for our appointment was not on Monday. We did not realize this and heard Monday. I go in to check on the vehicle on Thursday (1week and a day after being towed in) because I had no status update. I was told that my appointment was that day. It’s 3:30PM and the vehicle was still sitting in the back lot where the tow truck dropped it. I was told that it was about to be pulled back (the vehicle could not be driven and had to be put in a neutral bypass to get it to move), so I know it wasn’t looked at my my appointment date. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I left and gave the them room to finally diagnose the vehicle. I called Tuesday around 12:00 for another update and possibly getting a loaner vehicle. I was told I would get a call back. I received no call back. Wednesday rolls around about 3:15 and I finally get a call about the vehicle being ready for pickup before the dealership closes at 5:30. I have taken all vehicles for service here for the past 3.5 years. Slightly disappointed in the original service advisor I had because of the lack in communication.Response from Steve Faulkner Chevrolet GMC

EVANSVILLE, IN | 2020 GMC AcadiaJune 30, 2025I was very dissatisfied with the communication with the service dept. very disrespectful an just over all they made me feel like the problem not listening nor call backs after 4 calls um had to walk the back parking lot to my car when it was done !! The way I wa treated was uncalled for. All I did was bring my car in with a problem !! As well as the frame around both front tires were popped out I had to bring my car back in that last evening for that issue !! The women that took care of the rental car was very cold to me , just everyone I felt was not professional with the work nor their kindness !! I bought my Arcadia there Brand new !!
